When you stay with us at the Pine View Inn, we offer a very flexible rate schedule for various wants and needs. Large group bookings are offered preferred rates as are sports teams, senior citizens, people with disabilities, conferences, people on business, government employees, or visitors taking advantage of special rate packages offered by the Pine View Inn. Our front desk staff would be happy to quote you the best possible rate when making reservations and will work very hard to ensure you enjoy your stay with us at the Pine View Inn. Seniors: For those mature guests 60+ in age, the Pine View Inn offers special rates. We have close to two dozen drive-up guestrooms that enable you to park right outside your room and avoid any stairs in the hotel. Special discounts are also available in the dining room. The indoor heated pool, sauna and hottub can provide a relaxing break after a long day on the road. Each guestroom has complementary coffee and coffee maker and includes a mini-fridge to store your cold beverages, food, medicine, etc.

Groups and Teams: A variety of types of guestrooms enables the Pine View Inn to host any type of group, sport teams or conference members with drive-up rooms, double rooms, suites and single rooms. A small number of rooms are smoking rooms. There is a large parking lot adjacent to the hotel and the Pine View Inn is centrally located at exit 14, highway 101, in Coldbrook just outside of Kentville, and near sports fields, courts, arenas, and biking and hiking trails. You can relax in the indoor heated pool, sauna and hot tub; complementary towels are available at the front desk. Please contact the front desk for special guestroom rates for groups, conferences and teams.

Pets in the Hotel:

It is our pleasure to welcome your pet to the Pine View Inn.  We do have a select number of pet friendly rooms.

Please inform the hotel that you are bringing your pet when making your reservations. 

To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and your fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you would please observe the following guidelines:

• We only allow small hotel trained pets.
• Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on hotel property, unless it is in your room.
• We regret that pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets or the pool area of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
• You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property.
• Any disturbances, such as barking, should be curtailed to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.
  
• Pets are not to be left alone in the room.
  
• Please contact the Housekeeping Department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your room. No attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet in the room, unless the owner is present.
  
• The pet owner should be in the room when it is cleaned if the pet is present.
• You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet.
  
• You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
• A pet contract will be filled out and the price of $15.00+hst will be added to the room cost to allow for extra cleaning.
